This deposit secures your appointment at your selected Suit Drop location. Please review the full terms below before completing your payment.
Deposit Terms & Conditions
- Applied to Purchase: Your $30 deposit is FULLY applied toward your order if you proceed with a purchase at your appointment.
- Full Refund: Your deposit is fully refundable if you attend your appointment and present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license) matching your booking name.
- No-Show Policy: Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments (no-shows) without prior notice.
Rescheduling Policy
- Notice Required: A minimum of 72 hours' advance notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
- Refund & Apply Conditions: The same deposit terms apply after rescheduling — your deposit remains valid and can be applied to a purchase or refunded upon attendance with valid photo ID.
- One Reschedule Only: Only one (1) reschedule is permitted. A second reschedule or failure to provide 72 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
