Refund policy
WEB PURCHASE RETURNS : All items being returned and /or exchanged must be in the original condition including all labels intact, non worn or damaged and in new condition
RETURNS- To return an item or item(s) a Return Authorization Number is required and must be requested prior to be shipping any merchandise back to SuitandTux.com. There are No Exceptions to this Return Authorization Policy. Any product returned without a Return Authorization number will be refused or returned to sender.
We allow one business week that being 5 business days from delivery date to contact us fora a Return Authorization number. Returns of merchandise with the Authorization Number must be received within one business week that being 5 business days. Shipping and Handling fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not allow refunds on shipping and handling. A restocking fee may be subject to be refunded from the refund totaling 15%.
Please contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect item, colour , size etc of the product you ordered. Please email us at suitandtux@yahoo.com for a Return Authorization Number.
If you receive a suit PURCHSED ONLINE and do not like the style , fabric or fit ; you may return it at your expense for shipping within 5 business days maximum to avoid having the refund authorized. The customer will be responsible for the shipping return freight charges within those 5 business days of receipt to customer by shipper.
All items must be in original condition , not worn and no labels removed to receive the refund. We reserve the sole right to refuse a refund if merchandise is not returned in original factory condition, packaging and labeling.
Any expedited shipments that are not received on time by the respective shipper that guaranteed the expedited service will have to have a claim filed and a full refund will be given to the customer when the claim is approved by the shipper.
REFUND POLICY FOR IN STORE PURCHASES FOR WEDDINGS, EVENTS OR PERSONAL USE !
Any suit that leaves the store cannot be returned for a refund after it has been tried on and / or marked for alterations.
All fittings are approved only by the new suit owner thus any changes MUST be done at the time of fitting. If you wanted changes at that time then prior to final pick up it is your responsibility to retry the suit again instore to ensure it is proper for you prior to taking it home.
Once the suit is picked up and taken to leave the store then it is a second and final confirmation of approval. The first approval is at the fitting itself. The second and final approval when it is picked up to leave the store. Any claims of “unsatisfactory fitting” cannot be accepted once it leaves the store as the new suit owner approved the fitting first at the fitting itself and once again it is picked up.
If you had changes requested to be made to your fitting then you will need to picked it up for a refit and not by a third party. It is your responsibility to tell the third party to not pick up your suit so that you can retry it.
Please email support with your order number for any issues regarding your order to suitandtux@yahoo.com. This must be done within 5 business days of your order by email. Please adhere to this timeline to avoid the issue
SuitandTux.com cannot and is not responsible for any lost/damaged/missing/delayed packages due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as, but not limited to; severe weather conditions, negligence, theft and others.
SuitandTux.com cannot be responsible for a package that has been picked up and marked for delivery and the order will be considered fulfilled.
if a package is missing, delivering or stole than it is up to you to file a claim with the shipper for updated and proper information as to the delay or delivery issues
